The company's independently developed Phase Change Material (PCM) ensures structural stability throughout repeated melting and freezing cycles, boasting a lifespan of up to 25 years, by molecularly linking to inorganic salt molecules. This technology is being promoted nationwide by the Engineering Construction Service Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Zhongguancun Industrial Alliance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Building upon this core technology, Mayer has launched a series of innovative products: central air conditioning energy-saving systems, data center waste heat recovery systems, cold storage and cold chain logistics solutions, and constant temperature control systems for agricultural greenhouses. The phase change cold storage and heat storage systems reduce energy consumption in scenarios like cold storage and data centers by utilizing peak and off-peak electricity price differences. They can also recover industrial waste heat to provide centralized heating for agricultural greenhouses, addressing energy waste issues.
